Terms and conditions
These terms and conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) are an agreement between Pixi ink (“us”, “we” or “our”) and you (“User”, “you” or “your”). This Agreement sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the treecelet.co.uk website and any of its products or services (collectively, “Website” or “Services”).
The Pixi INK online store (hereinafter also “store”) is operated by the company Starfiniti d.o.o.

The General Terms and Conditions determine the operation of the Pixi INK online store, the rights and obligations of the user and the store, and regulate the business relationship between Pixi INK and the customer.
The buyer is bound by the general conditions that are valid at the time of purchase (placing an online order). When placing an order, the user is reminded of the general terms and conditions of business and confirms his / her acquaintance with them by placing an order.
Types of users
With a one-time registration in the Pixi INK online store, the visitor becomes a guest of Pixi INK via e-mail, and with a confirmed registration in the Pixi INK online store, they become a member of Pixi INK. Both the guest and the Pixi INK member (hereinafter also the user) acquire the right to purchase in the Pixi INK online store.
When registering in the online store as a member of Pixi INK, the visitor obtains a username that is the same as his e-mail address, and a password. The username and password of the Pixi INK member are unambiguously identified and linked to the data entered.
Registration is also possible during the purchase process.
If the user wishes to change his / her e-mail address at any time later, he / she must send a request to firstname.lastname@example.org. The e-mail address will be changed on the same or the next working day at the latest, and the user will be notified by e-mail.
Availability of information
Pixi INK undertakes to provide the customer with the following information before it is bound by the contract or offer:
- information about the company Pixi INK (name and registered office of the company, registration number),
- contact information that enables the user to communicate quickly and efficiently (e-mail, telephone),
- the essential characteristics of the items (including after-sales services and warranties) and the period of validity of this information,
- availability of items (each item offered on the website should be available within a reasonable time),
- terms of delivery of items (and method, place and deadline of delivery),
- prices, which must be clearly and unambiguously set and must show clearly whether they already include taxes and transport costs and other charges, and the period of validity of this information,
- the method of payment and delivery or completion, and the period of validity of this information,
- time validity of the offer,
- deadline within which it is possible to withdraw from the contract and conditions for withdrawal,
- an explanation of the complaint procedure, including any details of the contact person or customer service.
Offer of products
Due to the nature of online business, the Pixi INK offer is updated and changed frequently and quickly.
The price in the Pixi INK online store is shown as a reduced price and a regular price.
An item marked “New” is a newly added item to the Pixi INK offer. It will be exposed to this label for a minimum of 14 days and a maximum of 2 months.
The purchase contract between the Pixi INK and the customer is concluded in the Pixi INK online store at the moment when Pixi INK sends the customer the first electronic message about the status of his order. From that moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both Pixi INK and the customer. The buyer is a person with the data as stated when placing the order. It is not possible to change customer data later.
The sales contract (i.e. the first electronic order status message) is stored electronically on the Pixi INK server.

Pixi INK allows the following payment methods:

Issuance of invoice
The package with purchased items Pixi INK sends to the customer also includes a printed invoice for those purchased items.
The invoice includes a breakdown of the price and all costs related to the purchase, as well as a notice of the right to withdraw from the contract.
The buyer is obliged to check the correctness of the data before placing the order. Subsequent objections regarding the correctness of the issued invoices are not taken into account.
Payment and credit cards
In the case of payment by debit or credit card, the following conditions also apply:
- the payer (data in the user’s account) must be the same person or organization as the owner of the payment or credit card,
- after confirmation of receipt of the order, it is not possible to change the content of the order or. the final amount of the order, except exceptionally with the approval of Pixi INK.
The discount code brings various benefits when purchasing through the Pixi INK online store and is limited in time. You can find the active discount code on the title page of the advertising message, on the page of each department, in our e-newsletter or other media.
Purchase notification process
Pixi INK order
After placing the order, the buyer receives a notification by e-mail that the order has been accepted. The Pixi INK member always has access to comprehensive information on the status and content of the order on the Pixi INK website. Pixi INK reviews the order, checks the availability of the ordered items and confirms the order or rejects it with a reason. Pixi INK can call the customer on his contact telephone number to verify the data or to ensure the accuracy of the delivery. When delivering items that Pixi INK does not have in stock in its own warehouse, Pixi INK is exclusively bound by the delivery by its supplier and the time in which this supplier can deliver the item to Pixi INK. Pixi INK informs the customer via e-mail about up-to-date information regarding the delivery of items. If the delivery period is very long and the buyer does not want to wait, the buyer can notify Pixi INK, which will remove the item from the order and return to the buyer any funds already paid, and other items from the order at the choice of the buyer or delivered or cancel the entire order. If the Pixi INK supplier does not confirm the availability of the ordered items no later than two weeks from the date of placing the order, Pixi INK may reject the customer’s order on the grounds that the item is not available. The customer’s order expires on the day of rejection. Pixi INK does not accept any liability for damage resulting from longer delivery times or non-delivery of items that Pixi INK does not have in stock in its own warehouse.
The order has been shipped / The order is ready to be picked up
Pixi INK prepares and sends the item within the agreed deadline and notifies the customer by e-mail. Pixi INK also informs the customer in the e-mail about the policy of withdrawal from the contract, where to turn in case of delay in delivery and where to turn in case of complaint.
In the event that the buyer decides to cancel the order in time, the seller must immediately notify the e-mail address email@example.com. If it happens that the order has already been shipped, the buyer rejects the shipment to the delivery service.
The right of withdrawal of the consumer from the contract
The consumer (this applies only to natural persons who acquire the item for purposes outside their gainful activity) has the right to notify the seller within 14 days of receipt of the items that he withdraws from the contract without having to give a reason for his decision. The deadline starts one day after the date of receipt of the items.
Withdrawal from the contract is notified by the consumer to the seller’s e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org
In case of withdrawal from the contract, the consumer returns the received item to the seller’s address: Pod Gabri 33, 3000 Celje.
The consumer must return the item to the seller undamaged and in the same quantity, unless the item is destroyed, damaged, lost or its quantity has decreased without the consumer’s fault. The consumer may not use the items without hindrance until the withdrawal from the contract. The consumer may inspect and test the articles to the extent strictly necessary to establish the actual situation. The consumer is liable for a reduction in the value of the goods if the reduction is the result of conduct which is not strictly necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
The only cost borne by the consumer in connection with the withdrawal from the contract is the cost of returning the items (which in the case of shipping is charged according to the price list of the delivery service and depends on whether it is a shipment / package / cargo). The item must be returned to the seller immediately or no later than within 14 days of sending the notice of withdrawal from the contract (purchase).
The consumer shall not be entitled to withdraw from contracts for contracts which have as their object a product which has been manufactured to the exact instructions of the consumer and which has been adapted to his personal needs or an item which is perishable or which has already expired.
Refunds will be made as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receipt of the notice of withdrawal. The seller shall return the payments received to the consumer by the same means of payment as used by the consumer, unless the consumer has explicitly requested the use of another means of payment and the consumer does not incur any costs as a result. The consumer cannot claim reimbursement of additional costs incurred if he has explicitly opted for a type of shipment other than the most affordable standard shipment offered by the seller. The seller may withhold the refund of payments received until the return of the returned goods or until the consumer provides proof that he has sent the goods back unless the company offers the option to take over the returned goods itself.
Error and damaged products
An error or damadged product occurs when:
– the item does not have the properties necessary for its normal use or for marketing
– the item does not have the properties necessary for the specific use for which the buyer is buying it, but which was known to the seller or should have been known to him
– the item does not have properties and qualities that have been explicitly or tacitly agreed or prescribed
– the seller has delivered an item that does not match the pattern or model, unless the pattern or model was shown for notification only.
How is the suitability of an item checked?
It is checked with another, faultless item of the same type, as well as with the manufacturer’s statements or statements on the item itself.
How to report an error product?
The buyer must notify us of any material defect together with a detailed description of it within the statutory period (2 months from the date when the defect was discovered) and at the same time allow us to inspect the item.
The consumer’s rights referred to in the first paragraph shall expire two years from the day on which he informed the seller of the material defect.
The Seller shall not be liable for any damage caused by incorrect or. negligent use of products!

Pixi INK uses appropriate technological and organizational means to protect the transfer and storage of personal data and payments. Pixi INK uses a 256-bit SSL certificate issued by an authorized organization for this purpose.
Limitation of Liability
Pixi INK makes every effort to ensure that the information published on its websites is up-to-date and correct. However, the characteristics of the items, the delivery time or the price may change so quickly that the Pixi INK fails to correct the information on the websites. In such a case, Pixi INK will notify the customer of the changes and allow him to withdraw from the contract or replace the ordered item.
Pixi INK has the option to withdraw from the contract only if an obvious error is established. An obvious defect is considered to be a defect in the essential characteristics of the item and all errors that are considered decisive according to the customs of the store or the intention of the customers and which Pixi INK would not confirm or conclude the contract in case of knowledge. This also includes obvious price errors.
Complaints and disputes
Pixi INK complies with applicable consumer protection laws. Pixi INK makes every effort to fulfill its duty to provide an effective complaint handling system.
In case of problems, the customer can contact Pixi INK by e-mail at email@example.com. The complaint is submitted via e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org. The appeal procedure is confidential.
Pixi INK is aware that an essential feature of consumer disputes is the disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the time and costs incurred in resolving the dispute, which is also the main obstacle to the consumer not initiating a dispute in court. Therefore, Pixi INK strives to the best of its ability to resolve any disputes amicably.
Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes
In accordance with the legal norms of Starfiniti d.o.o. does not recognize any provider of out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes as competent for resolving consumer disputes that could be initiated by the consumer in accordance with the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes Act.
Pixi INK, which as a provider of goods and services enables online trade in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia, publishes an electronic link to the online consumer dispute resolution platform (SRPS) on its website. The platform is available to consumers here.
That regulation derives from the Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes Act, Regulation (EU) no. Regulation (EC) No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on online settlement of consumer disputes and amending Regulation (EC) No 2016/2004 and Directive 2009/22 / EC.
